Terms of Service

These Terms were last updated on 08/07/2025. Please read them carefully before using the Calendar to Sheets add-on or website. By using our services, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

1. Using the service

You must be at least 13 years old to use our services, and 18+ to make payments. If you're using the service on behalf of a company, you confirm you have permission to do so.

We might update these terms in the future. If we do, we'll post the changes here. By continuing to use the service, you're accepting those updates.

2. What you can and can't do

You must use the service responsibly. That means:

  • No hacking, tampering, or messing with the service or other users
  • Don't break the law, upload malware, or post anything harmful or offensive
  • Don't reverse-engineer the add-on or try to bypass access controls
  • Don't impersonate someone or misrepresent who you are
  • Don't use the service in a way that causes problems for us or others

If you break these rules, we may suspend or remove your access, and in serious cases we might report you to the relevant authorities.

3. Payments & Refunds

Payments are processed securely by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. You can cancel or change plans anytime; your access will remain active until the end of your billing period.

You may be eligible for a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase, in accordance with Paddle's Buyer Terms. For help with refunds or billing, contact us or reach out directly to Paddle.

4. Privacy

See our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect and handle your data. By using the service, you're agreeing to that policy too.

5. Your content

If you give us feedback or ideas, we may use them to improve the service without owing you anything. We won't use your spreadsheets or calendar data for anything outside the service you explicitly authorize.

6. Ending the agreement

You can stop using Calendar to Sheets at any time. We can suspend or end your access if you break these terms or create risk for us or other users. We may also discontinue the service altogether without previous notice.

7. Legal stuff

  • We're not liable for any indirect damages, data loss, or other issues from using (or not being able to use) the service.
  • If something goes wrong and we are found responsible, our total liability won't be more than what you paid in the last 3 months.
  • These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. If a dispute comes up, it will be handled in Brazilian courts.
  • If any part of these terms turns out to be invalid, the rest stays in effect.
