Privacy Policy

This policy was last updated on 28/06/2025. Calendar to Sheets is a Google Sheets add-on. This page explains how we use your data and what terms apply when using the add-on or our site.

What we collect

We collect only what's needed to provide the service. This includes your email address, name, language, time zone, and limited data about your usage. If you buy something, payment is handled securely by Stripe or PayPal. We don't see or store your credit card info.

Permissions

We use Google's secure OAuth2 system. You stay in control of what the add-on can access, and you can revoke permissions at any time in your Google Account.

  • Sheets access. To sync calendar events into your spreadsheets.
  • Calendar access. To export data from your sheet into Google Calendar.
  • Email and profile. Required to know who you are and link your data.

How we use data

Your data is used only to run and improve the add-on. We do not sell or share your information with marketers. Some data may be processed on third-party services like Google (for APIs), Stripe/PayPal (for payments), and basic hosting/analytics.

Cookies

We use a few essential cookies to keep things running smoothly. We also use Google Analytics (with anonymized IPs) to understand how people use the site. You can block cookies in your browser, though some features might stop working.

Data retention

If you delete your account, we'll remove your personal data from our systems within 90 days. Some payment data may be kept longer if required by law. Right now, deletion is manual; just email us and we'll take care of it.

Security

All data is transferred over SSL, and access to your data is restricted. We keep our infrastructure updated and do our best to protect your info, but no system is ever 100% secure, so we encourage you to protect your own Google account too.
